









Two outdated bathrooms were transformed with cosmetic and accessibility-focused updates, including converting a small tub to a walk-in shower and incorporating “aging in place” features, all while maintaining a limited scope to stay within budget. High-quality materials such as marble-look and hex tiles, quartz accents, frosted glass, and Delta fixtures were used to create a traditional aesthetic with a fresh color palette of whites, blues, and olive green. Key challenges included updating plumbing to meet code and integrating new finishes with existing elements, both of which were successfully addressed to achieve a cohesive, modernized space.
