This project features a third-story addition with a new bedroom, master bathroom, hallway, and stairwell, as well as a remodel of three second-floor bedrooms and the integration of a new staircase for seamless access across all levels. High-quality materials such as quartz countertops, Bertch cabinetry, LVT flooring, and custom millwork are complemented by luxury bathroom finishes and eco-friendly elements. The design embraces a cottage/traditional architectural style with a blue, white, brown, and grey color palette, highlighted by standout craftsmanship and unique lighting features.
