The project transforms an outdated basement office into a contemporary, multi-functional space featuring a separate crafting area with glass partitions to preserve river views, a full guest bathroom, and a Murphy bed for flexible guest accommodations. High-quality materials such as custom birch doors, a Bertch hickory vanity, Vicostone quartz countertops, and an Armstrong wood-look drop ceiling are used to maintain the home’s cohesive aesthetic while ensuring accessibility. The design emphasizes natural tones and bespoke elements, integrating the river setting and enhancing both functionality and visual appeal.
