This project involved transforming a dated 1960s floor plan into a modern, open-concept living space tailored for a family that entertains frequently. Key updates included expanding the kitchen with a large island for baking and prep space, connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas for better flow, and adding custom storage solutions. The design features high-quality materials like sage green Bertch cabinets, Vicostone quartz countertops, and integrated lighting, while overcoming challenges such as plumbing and ductwork reconfiguration, resulting in a cohesive, functional, and beautifully finished home that delighted the client.
