Ted Ward

General Manager

A father of five children and originally from rural Illinois, Ted enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing when he’s not working . With over 40 years of construction experience, he started out as a roofer in 1981, where he spent five years roofing before moving to finish carpentry in 1986. He enjoys working with his son, Cameron, on a daily basis and having the opportunity to turn clients dreams into reality.


Cameron Ward

Project Manager

Growing up with a father in the trades, Cameron spent time on jobsites as young as 11 years old. With a degree in mathematics, a background in construction, and a position of Finance Officer in the Army Reserve, Cam brings a diverse experience set to the table. Now, with project management being his main role, he brings a high level of attention to detail and project time frame management. When not working, he gets to spoil his wife Angela and new baby girl Alina.

Andrew Schmidt

Project Manager/Cabinets

A lifelong Michigander, Andrew Schmidt joined the 2C team in 2023, bringing five years of kitchen and bath design and construction experience. In addition to his degree in finance, Andrew applies industry knowledge of design trends and technical specifications into projects. His primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction at the end of every job with strong communication along the way. Andrew enjoys taking a client’s concept and turning it into a reality. He currently resides in the Saint Joseph/Benton Harbor area with his wife and their two dogs.

Joshua Rhodes

Lead Estimator

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Josh attended Illinois Wesleyan University, where he first met Cameron. Josh is a jack of all trades, including a degree in business management, experience working as a mover, truck driver, forklift operator, warehouse manager and demolition professional. While working on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., he shifted to more of a project management position. Josh also preferred the feel of a local business, where he knows the customers and the customers know him, which led him to be a part of the 2C Team.

Travis Pendergrass

Office Manager

Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Travis Pendergrass relocated to Michiana in the fall of 2020 to join the 2C team. Using his education in finance and professional background in manufacturing and customer service, Travis focuses on promoting and tracking customer satisfaction throughout the course of each project. Travis firmly believes that teamwork, strong communication, and attention to detail are keys to the effective delivery of an on-time construction project. In the past two years, Travis has become a proud member of the local Niles-Buchanan community and hopes to continue serving his community for many years to come.
